Do you use any preservatives in your cookies?
We do not use any preservatives! Our cookie doughs are made from all natural ingredients. Please feel free to email us for a list of ingredients!
How long will my cookies stay fresh after I receive them?
Our cookies have a shelf life of 10 days after you receive them in the mail. They can also be refrigerated for up to two weeks or frozen for up to 3 months. Please note: All cookies containing pretzels, cereal, or chips should be consumed within 3 days of receiving them due to the fragile state of their ingredients.
Can I reheat my Stuffed cookies?
Absolutely! We highly recommend reheating our cookies for about 15 seconds in the microwave or 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees in the oven in order to experience that perfect gooey stuffing! However, we do not recommend heating cookies containing cereal or chips in them because these ingredients are sensitive to heating.

How can I pick up my order?
We offer free local pick up from our North Hollywood kitchen - this option can be selected at checkout! We will email you when your order is ready to schedule a pick-up time. Pick-up orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days.
